This rug shipped on time via UPS. It came rolled up and wraped in heavy duty clear plastic. It looks exactly like the pictures. The shag is a little more sparcly populated then I expected, but there aren't any bald spots or anything. One thing I didn't account for is the way it feels on your bare feet. It's not all that plesurable of a feeling. I would suggest that you put this rug in a low traffic area of your house where you can look at it, but don't necessarily have to walk on it. Over all, I'm satisfied with my purchas. It's a cool looking rug for a great price. I always get a comment on it when guests come over.
