I ordered this rug for my living room at a terrific price from amazon and it came exactly as scheduled.I saw a couple of the review said it was darker than they expected and not at all a Champagne color. Well, mine is bright frickin' metallic gold!!! In certain light it looks like there is gold mylar wrapping paper on my floor, not a rug. So, if you want a metallic gold rug with hints of black, this should be your choice.The quality was disappointing also. I've seen similar rugs at Home Depot and Home Goods that (while more expensive - about the same price as amazon lists the retail price to be) seem to be much better quality. I'll probably put it in the bedroom where it won't be so "gold"
