I ordered this rug not sure what to expect of the texture and color. Sometimes the colors aren't exactly true to the online photo. The blue/green color is a little more green than it seemed but it's a beautiful shade that works perfect in my space. The fibers of the rug are basically a satin cord, like the stuff used to trim things. It feels great to walk on and doesn't have the chemical smell that other buyers complain about with other rugs. I'm very pleased with the quality of this given the great price. I would recommend to many others!
