rugs and pads to sell

I purchased this rug in April of 2010 (due to delays from the supplier, I didn't receive it for 3 weeks). I placed this rug on the deck outside my master bedroom, which is on the south side of my house, second level and exposed to the sun most of the day. After 30 days, this rug is deteriorating something awful, to the point where I had to remove it so I didn't track the flakes of plastic into my bedroom!!! I believe the sun's ultravoilet rays are the culprit but there was nothing listed on the item description here on Amazon.com stating not to place it in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.I have sent a refund/return request to Amazon customer service. Hopefully I get my money back as this is clearly a piece of junk that may work out for an occassional set-up on the lawn but certainly won't last if left out in the sun for extended periods of time. I hope this review is helpful to others who may have considered this item for their deck.
